You can have all the talent in the world but that’s not enough. You can be incredibly strong, but that’s not enough. Persistence is the key. Never give up. Just keep right on keeping on. Do not dwell on failures or defeats, do not dwell in self-pity of how ‘unfortunate’ or ‘unlucky’ you are. That’s for losers. After every setback (and there will be many) get right back on the road again. Perseverance is the commitment to keep going when things get hard or you lose your focus.
