Arrow's kickboxing 'hour of power' for ladies is just for you. In 60 minutes, bring back the endorphins – those 'feel good' hormones – with a combination of punching, kicking and cardio exercises designed to get your fitness level back up.
This workout will leave you knackered but really satisfied. You'll get to work on different body parts, not to mention improve your coordination with kickboxing combos!
The best part of this class? Mums can bring their little ones who can sit in a corner and play while mum gets her weekly kickbox fix. And it's a nice social catch-up with lots of laughs.
Classes are currently on Thu at 10.30am and Fri at 6.30pm.
